NO FEEDBACK REGARDING APPLICATION STATUS

I have applied for admission at UNISA. Did it online, sent supporting documents online and also made the application fee payment online. Apart from the application number and receipt, I have no means of verifying whether UNISA did receive all documents and if they are processing it.

How can I check the status of my application for admission? When i check online i get these responses:

1.Student number 54321980
Dear Student, we have no record of any application for registration for the current registration period via the online registration system.
Click here to register online now.

2.Student still in application phase and application fee has already been paid.

None of the phone numbers work or answered. Emails and SMS's are ignored. Any advice would be helpful. am confused now...
