Is anyone there???

I am so frustrated, I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried phoning, sms'ing, e-mailing, everything. I am getting no response from anyone at the university. First the charge additional fees to my account, and now I cannot even access my e-mail account or Student account which I have at the University. What am I paying for??? Can anyone please answer the phone when I call???
