Aegrotat Not processed on time but submitted

I applied for Aegrotat at Unisa Johannesburg on the 1st November to write May/June Paper for two modules, submittes all documents required, i was told my documents will be send to Exam department because Johannesburg Branch Rissik do not have authority to process my documents immediately, when i called exam department in Florida on the 29th Nov im getting a different story saying my documenst were suppose to have been processed immediately and got timetable, they advices me to go back to Johannesburg to that person who helped me when i got there she insists that she did the correct thing ill see the subjects on my timetable in January, i will go back in January to the same person if my subject still are not showing she will pay for those subjects.
