Unisa
Shame on you UNISA!!!

I would think that a university like UNISA (University of South Africa) would pride its self by its name and the service would be excellent but in fact it is the complete opposite.

Three weeks after i have registered i still have not received the most important study materials which is my study guides for all my registered modules instead i only got two tutorial letters which upon arrival were full of dirt. Note that i couriered my study material.

I do not know if i am disgusted my the overall service as a whole or the unwillingness of Unisa officials to assist me on this matter. Is this What the University of South Africa pride themselves in? Disgusting Service?
I am a paying student after all so where is my study material?
