HBC improving bottom line no refund to parents

Heronbridge College represented by Mr. Tomlinson dismissed the request to fairly consider or negotiate any leniency, under specific circumstances, in respect of the refunding of school fee deposits (R36000.00) held by the school, after our late notification of 1.5 weeks of relocating to a new area and new school.

HBC could not provide us with any evidence that HBC shall incur any unrecoverable loss thus the deposit is added to HBC's bottomline and HBC shall profit through unfairly retaining deposits from parents.

I shall see them soon.
