I'm an international student, and I've been struggling with UNISA for 6 months now. Since I started applying to the University I've been calling or e-mailing the University practically every week. They have only responded to a handful of my e-mails and they have answered the phone even less.
Currently I have a problem with my payment. I registered for four courses, but because of exchange rates my payment was a little short so I am only studying 3 now. I want to do four courses, and I paid the outstanding amount at the beginning of the month. When I called they confirmed the payment, but I didn't see any change on myUNISA. I have sent the payment confirmation to multiple e-mail addresses, and my problem still hasn't been resolved.
Every step of the application and registration process has been extremely painful and the only reason I stayed was because I understood that UNISA was a good University. However within my first hour of scanning through my SMI181Q study pack (it is the only resource for the course) I found many serious mistakes!
I am very discouraged with the performance of the university, I've invested a lot money in it.
I am looking for a good reason to stay on.
