Auditing student day

On the 31 July 2013, I attended the student day which was in Pretoria unisa main campus. On that day, I won a price (R500) for a comment on the unisa radio facebook page. Since I stay in Durban, I discussed with Richard Geneve who was in charge of price claims and she reassured me that my price will be posted. A month later, I started sending e-mails to follow up. On the 27th August, she told me that I was gonna receive the cheque in two weeks time as they were still waiting for the university to give them the cheques. Its been two months and a week and I still haven`t received this price which leaves a lot of questions unanswered about who is the beneficiary of this price. I haven`t received any feedback since then. Is the University still working on the cheque or someone else has already claimed the price. After that e-mail, I had sent another e-mail where I copied all organisers of the auditing student day and there was no response whatsoever. Who is not doing their work here?
