Additional admin fees for a year!

I am a student an therefore I have a student debit card. One of the advantages of this account is the low banking fees. However, since the beginning of 2013 Absa has been deducting additional fees from my account for transaction costs and additional admin fees that are not part of the student debit card package. I don't receive bank statements and have been to the nearest branch numerous times to make sure they have my address correct. As a result, I didn't notice the additional deductions from my account and it was only in the beginning of December that I saw on my online statements the large amount of money Absa deducted. I immediately went to the Potchefstroom student bureau where they told me it would be corrected and that they can only pay me back the fees they deducted in the last two months. They only agreed to this after they realised that I had emailed them my proof of registration at the university. Today I logged on to my internet banking and found that Absa has once again deducted additional fees from my account. I am very disappointed in Absa. Please fix this or I will have to change to a bank that will see to my needs. Thank you
