Paid Up student account but still blocked

I would like to make a complaint that despite countless attempts to communicate with UNISA using the contact numbers on their website for a month plus I have failed to talk to anyone and as for email you get an automated response and that ends there but seems there are so swift to block your student account which even after payment takes months to get the status be amended for you to access your exam results or continue with tertiary education with them. When I view my student account it continuously still shows that the student account blocked due to study fees outstanding. Have reached an extent where I believe there have blocked my access to Mylife email system also recently as I cant logon and hence makes my complaints null and void and worthless. I wish to get assisted relating to my student account issue and get a response why I still cant view my student account despite paying on my own accord the outstanding balance that was due. May UNISA offer a timeous service as you get frustrated calling numerous times on all desired contact numbers without any person picking up so as to resolve the issue. May someone please assist me on this issue as its really annoying at this stage.
