No Debt collection experience in finance!!!

My 2012 account was handed over in April 2012 to Collect 4U, this being done for the whole of 2012 fees. My problem is that not even a phone call was made to me advising me that this will be done.

Surely this is not the correct or procedure. I have been trying since March 2013 for this to be pulled back by Blouberg Ridge Primary. In the interim I have been paying more than the said amount on a monthly basis and even had a arrangement with Wendy Craig at Blouberg Ridge to debit my account with an additional R500.00 for 2012, this on op of the R1000.00 already paying.

I was advised by Wendy that they do not have a debt collection experience and that is why my account was handed over. I can't even think that they could employ people in the Western Cape Education Department with no experience in this particular field.

It is really a shame that I have now had a Sherrif of the court at my home that want's to collect my furniture due to the lack and laziness of the said staff member. I have copied Mr Stephans (the principal) in on most of the e-mails so he knows exactly whats going on.

Utterly disgussted. For the record I was un-employed from June 2010 - Sept 2011.
