Need explaination as how I was handed ove

I applied for debt counselling in 2011 in June. I have received a certificate of balance dated the 14 July 2011 from FNB Debt Review. The debt counsellor starting making payments as from the 20th October 2011 towards my debt until the 30th May 2012. Karen van Musschenbroek FNB Debt Review Centre has helped in allocating the missing payments which were paid into the account in February and March this year. In the meantime I have been handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Inc attorneys and would like to find out how can I be handed over if I was under debt review.

I have made payments and now being told I owe legal fees which I am afraid I am against paying as I had paid the arranged amount and after removing myself from debt review in May this year. I have been making payments.
I will appreciate it if this matter is resolved amicably
