COLLECT 4 U - BAD NEWS

I know what you mean, see this happens when a School can not collect the debt as they are unable to even pick up a phone and request money or a payment arrangement.

I am going through he same thing at this due to some staff members incompetence at my son's current school. Problem is they are all blaming the previous staff member. Makes you think why there has been 3 different staff members with no collections experience "this was pointed out the me this morning".

Problem is not even the Head Master does not even do anything about it as I can only assume he does not have the experience either!!!
