Studied a course, no certificate issued

Student no 77678621 Ms Lesera Gladys Florina Seate, i studied a DATABASE IMPL (7554X) course at Unisa last year for 6months. First my results got lost for some reason i had to push and push even contacted the Dean of the course then i finally got my late results. Now i didnt get my Certificate, they send me the infor about collection: Track and Trace number: RD 725 226 477 ZADate issued to dispatch : 09-04-2013Post office contact no : 0860 111 502, i didnt see it, when i call them the post office tells me that was collected but it was not me .went back to unisa for them to track it down as i didnt collect now EL-MARIE HAVENGA -Head Admin AdministratorCentre for Software Engineering, tells me they cant do anything i have to fight with the post office, how will i do that, i havent had any certificate and i believe they need to fight with the post not me, all i need is my certificate from Unisa nothing else ireally dont have time and energy to go and fight with the post office which i dont know what is UNisa and poast office agreement.my agrreement with UNIsa was i do a course and when i pass i get a Certificate nothing else.she says shw will give a a letter that attended a certificat
