Unisa came through

I did a office management course with unisa, in all that time i dealt with Daniel Gopie, who was always so effective and always responded to my emails promptly. I got a sms that my certificate will be delivered to a post office, a day later it said Danville post office and i'm very far from that area .i sent Daniel a letter and he then forwarded my mail to Mosibudi whom after i provided her with my student number assured me that the had been a mistake and that it has been arranged for the certificate to be moved to Lotus Garden post office .she apologised for the inconvenience caused I never had any problems with Unisa and I hope will continue putting students first
