I'm sure most of you will agree with me when i say that Unisa has the worst response time in South Africa, I am a student of unisa, holding an Honor's degree from Unisa and i decided that this year i would like to register for a new qualification, i spoke to the Bcom department at Unisa, they were helpful and advised me on which modules to register for. On the 5th December i registered for these modules, i then realised that i made a mistake and i needed to cancel 4 modules. I then decided to call unisa to assist me in doing so and after many attempts i got hold of someone and she advised that i send through an email and they would assist. I then sent the email and waited 2weeks then sent a 2nd email, tried to call many many times and Ive even smsed and online request and up until now i still have not had a any response. I would like a response ASAP!!! Unisa hasn't realised that they have our careers in their hands and we pay for our studies but we are treated like people they are doing a favour for!!! i am angry as id like to start studying but cannot do a thing until someone assists me. I do not blame Unisa as a hole but the registration department.
