Stratcol deducted R129.99 from My Nedbank Account on behalf of Christian Dre Marketing. When I eventually got hold of Christian Dre Marketing' number from Stratcol, they advised that they will send my details to their enquiries department and my money will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. I want to know how they got my account details and why they deducted my account with monies I never gave authority to. Did they just wake up and decide today is the day to take R129.99 from my account??? I need a reason, why? This is unacceptable and is. Why must I wait for 24 to 48 hours to get my money when it took them few seconds to debit my account??? I am so MAD right now!!!
