Avoid New Leaf plumbing - poor work and attitude

Jae was in charge of a whole house renovation as part of a contractor team. He consistently refused to trouble-shoot problems on site, provided sub-par installations with multiple leaks less than 6 months after installation. He was unable to install wall-hung vanities in the bathrooms, and I had to call another service provider to come and install them properly. On top of this, he broke one of the basins when he was called to repair his very poor installation job. After a 6 month-wait where he promised to get the new basins when they would be in stock, he calls to say the company no longer makes the basin and he is not responsible for replacing it anyway, it is my fault for buying cheap stuff etc. He then proceeds to a screaming monologue which lasted for a good 2-3 minutes blasting me (the customer) for making the replacement his problem. During the course of the one year he worked on this project, he has insulted and screamed at me several times, mostly for issues he was supposed to handle. Avoid like the plague. Workmanship and attitude are appalling.
