Builders Warehouse
REPORTED ON HELLOPETER - STILL NO RESOLUTION

I reported the matter several times, last complaint was Sunday 21 April, 2013 initially it was an account builders opened on my name and gave the card to someone else. Then builders accknowledged it is their mistake. I am complaining because the account still seems to be open on my name athough the balance shows zero. I requested closure of this account but everytime it seems that builders staff are passing the buck because they cant furnish me with a conformation via email/letter that the matter has been solved and the account has been officially closed. I requested that the account be closed, I DONT WANT AN ACCOUNT WITH BUILDERS OR ACCOUNT STATEMENTS IN THE POST!!! I NEVER EVEN WENT TO FETCH THE CARD AS I CANCELLED THE APPLICATION FOR ACCOUNT!!! I feel like making it a legal matter and suing builders warehouse because it seems they dont want to update the ITC that the account is been closed or furnish me a letter.
