Solar geyser 9 days to install

1.Client paid for the geysers in full which was supposed to be a straight forward installation turned out to be re plumbing half of the clients house (free of charge). the clients two existing geysers was disconnected by a company that installed her automatic garage doors (on clients instructions) we were only informed the day we arrived to do the installation, this surprise plumbing job (3days) was not in our original quotation.
(the existing going rate for plumbing is R380.00 per hour x days including overtime = R9120.00) at no charge. the client asked while we are busy can we install an additional water feed with tap and fittings to her washing machine = we were paid R800.00 for work done.
2. On the fourth day we installed the solar geysers and discovered that the pressure valve was faulty and we had to replace it the following day.
3.Due to advanced job installations bookings we had to leave the job to complete the booked commitment we had and returned the following day to complete.
4.Client refused us access problem was solved by supplier and paid in full and SEG paid supplier in full for solving the matter
