We bought a DSTV decoder from Electro Sat in Krugersdorp on Saterday the 4th, firs of all they treat you with a bad attitude and then they told us they wil do the installation on Monday the 6th 14H00, no one came to our home, at 15H30 we drove all the way to the stor to ask them what is coing on, again a bad attitude, and they told us the guys are on they way to us. I took a days leaf to be at home for them to install the DSTV decoder, and it is 18H00 and no one came to us, now I am forced to take a second days leaf, and that is realy unfair because I could spend the time with my family, and it is also very bad service from DSTV to allow people like this to install there decoders, thank you for wasting my leaf days, that is lost for waiting for people that to you.
VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
