WORST PLUMBER AND RENOVATOR IN PRETORIA

I used a well-established contractor in Pretoria PlumbSmart owned by Barend Botha to quote and renovate my upstairs Bathroom. He promised me that he will be on site to oversee the project. He charged me for being on site per hour even when he was not on site! For the 1 week he was on site, thereafter maybe every 2nd week. As a result of him never being on site, I was forced to oversee the project myself. He was very demanding on his weekly payments. The bathroom renovation turned out to be my worst nightmare!! It was a complete disaster. The plumbing (piping) was not done properly. I doubt that he is a qualified Plumber or that he has the proper training. The entire project took over 8 weeks to complete. I did not initially want to pay him the outstanding amount, but he threatened to damage my property. I was forced to get another plumbing company in to fix all the issues from PlumbSmart. Please DO NOT USE PlumbSmart AT ALL unless you are prepared to PAY DOUBLE and have endless PROBLEMS after your project. He also does not pay his sub-contractors. It was a nightmare working with PlumbSmart!!!
