ROOF LEAK

Cosmopolitan is failing to deliver 3 months back i got into my new home they said i have 1 year gaurantee to the leaking roof, they even gave me a form that if I have any problems with my roof i must send the form so they could come within 3 days to fix the roof. When i send the form and call them that the roof leaks they say I must call my insurance bcos it was a storm problem. I want to know how did they knew that its a storm problem without coming to my house and check and when i call cosmopolitan manager Eddie and Elvina they gave me attitude that i must report to my insurance hense i have 1 year garantee with them. I want my roof to be fixed as soon as possible cos the ceiling is fallng down and im leaving with my small kids that could be in danger. Their work is not up to standard they overprice their houses and itsa not a good job and their wallscracks and doors are not good.
