New Roof that leaks like a sieve

We had our roof replaced during September to November 2012. With the first rains in April 2013 we discovered leaks. We contacted Maximdecor on 18 April 2013 via SMS. Melvin came our to look but nothing was done, all he said was that he would contact me the following day, nothing happened. Sent an email on 3 June and 4 June 2013 requesting information about their guarantee no response. Sent SMS 6 June 2013 no response. Try to phone, either just rings or get a message "the subscriber you have dialled is not available, please try again later"

The replacement of the roof was expensive and at this stage with all the leaks, one would think that it was not replaced. We have also been advised that certain of the roof sheets have been put on the wrong way round which is also contributing to the leaking problem and not to mention holes that have been made where the roofing nails where not put in properly and where the cover seal was not put on the roofing nail.

As we have had no response from Maximdecor, it is now going to cost us additional funds to have his mistakes fixed. His after sales and client services certainly is not a very good reference for referrals for future work
