Work not completed and Calls Ignored

Complete Damp Solutions was contracted 3 months ago to seal my concrete roof and do some other add-hock tasks. The roof seal was applied but after further inspection we realized the the job was only halfway done. Other add-hock task was not completed. The contractor is paid in full. Total cost R11 000. When I try to contact him he ignores my call and does not reply on my emails. Please be aware of this business.
