So much for 101 point check

After buying my car at I had numerous problems with the car.
Had to take it back for steering noise, bumper fitted skew and clutch that were quoted but somehow they declined it.

Went back for the complaints luckily they fixed this but now 2 months later and the car is leaking oil from the crank seal and the car only has 55000km on.
Really not impressed with the technicians, wasn't they supposed to check the seal when the gearbox was out?

Or did they fit the gearbox so poorly that they damaged the seal?
Where is the Workmanship, if they didn't want to pay for it why didn't they inform me as a seal cost R300.
But now to remove and replace the gearbox to change the seal is about R3000
