Wrong Account?

After adding Builders Warehouse from Absa list of pre-loaded beneficiaries, and two stop order payments were paid. I received an sms that my account is in arrears. The amount of R800 was deducted from my account twice and now apparently it was made to the wrong account after sending proof of payment still no help! Is there way I can fix it?
