Nedbank assigned this company to replace my geyser. They arrived an hour late. One "plumber" was dropped off while the other vanished. About 5 phone calls to the office yielded nothing more than "we will let you know". The one guy left at my house drained the geyser and then had a long nap as he had no drill to proceed and no one to help him, so he could do nothing for 4 hours! My mom of 94 was left with no water and high anxiety levels. I have informed Nedbank to remove them from their list.
