Builders Warehouse
No response From Builders Warehouse for orde

I placed order and paid for laminated flooring at the Emalahleni Builders Warehouse 28 November 2013. I was told I should expect delivery the following Friday 06 December 2013. To date I have not received any correspondence letting me know whether stock was available or goods were ready for collection, it is now two weeks later! When I call Builders Warehouse Emalahleni, I am transferred to someone and each time I called I either get the phone hung up on me or I am promised that I will be called back and no one does! This is unacceptable treatment especially if the goods are already paid for.
