My leather couches damaged

Good Day
I wish to lodge a complain regarding the damage done to our leather couches. Onyx promised to redye our leather couches from brown to white. My couches are so damaged, we will have to re- upholster them. Jon and his team came out to our home to touch up all the areas now pink! We then saw they do not redye, they sprayed our leather couches with white "paint". I want to warn all people out there, this company do not know what they are doing!! This is now costing us lots of money to re-upholster our couches. I want my money back from Onyx asap!! [URL Removed]
