Very, very bad service

I bought a lounge suite during Dec 2012.The lady that sold the suite to us, confirmed 3 times that it was geniune leather and that we have a year guarantee (both) on the lounge suite. A few months ago the 'leather' started to look dry and I bought a leather cleaning kit. I didn't use the kit as with only a wet white cloth the suite gave colour off. When I went back to the store, they confirmed it's not a leather suite and it's only a leather fabric as it is stated on the invoice. I was furios as the suite was sold to us under false pretentions. Receiving very bad service, even the Regional Manager didn't want to help us or do anything for us. Luckily we kept the 'tags' of the lounge suite and took it to the store, which actually stated that it is leather couches. The Regional Manager phoned me and said she will give me credit, but she had to come and fetch the couches on the latest the following day. For a whole long weekend we have been without couches as our old lounge suite has been sold to the next suckers. We ordered a suite from House & Home's website, and the Regional Manager promised it will be delivered by Tuesday. Today the branch has another story, with no clarity to us??
