Sagging and peeling leather Couches

I bought a set of couches from Essops Furniture in Malboro 5 years ago and I was told it's pure leather as I paid R22000 for them. 2 years later the 3 seater couch started Sagging and was sent in for repairs and was returned on the same sagging state after coupler weeks. I reported another case last year of sagging and peelings leather couches and I was told that they only cover leather for the first 2 years which simply means that they know that they are selling leather like couches scamming inexperienced customers like myself. My home couches are over 20 years and they are still in an apple pie state, cracking cause of age but not peeling. I need assistance is sending a message to them to replace these couches as it took me years to save up for them. They must do the right thing and meet the customer needs. I would like to discourage anyone planning to buy anything from them as they will be ripped off just like me.
