2 incidences, same problem both times

I employed Dampking in October. A job that they said would take 3 days took almost 2 weeks for the following reasons:
The bulk of the team only worked from 11am to 3pm.
More than half the days they were there, they ran out of materials needed halfway through the day, and so did nothing for the rest of the time.

I stupidly employed them again in December to do work on a different property - and guess what? I am experiencing the EXACT same problems, which tells me it was not just a bad week for them last time, but is in fact the general level of competence and planning that they exhibit.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time as the end result, once they finally got it done, was done well. I will not be using them again, however.
