Fake product labelled incorrectly

I've bought three leather lounge couches from Mr Price Tzaneen about three years ago.

They were distinctly labelled as real leather, however the so-called leather started peeling off and I approached them to rectify the problem.

They apologised and mentioned something about bicast leather and offered to refund me the cost of about 1 couch if I return all three to them.

I rejected the offer and explained to them that at the time they marketed these as real leather - I paid a premium for them expecting them to last a lifetime. I requested that they replace it with real leather couches as that was what they have sold me in the first place.

They now refuse to answer my polite e-mails and follow up calls.
