I purchased goods with the value of - R30 000 at Lewis on 2011.in he 2nd month after purchase we engage? problems with the couches because the leather of the couches began to torn and the manager came with huge promises that the couches will be replaced. The couches were replaced with other couches (which we bought for r1000 more). When we receiced the new couches, it was sprayed with masterguard and when it dried, it became deflated and we reported this to the manager (previous) and he made promises that this couches will be renewed.to our dismay and shock, we found out the couches will only be repaired.we waited for the previous manager to collect these couches because he did sent workers to come check if there was a problem with the couches.they confirmed to the previous manager that the couches was indeed damaged.the previous manager promised us that because our living room was black and chrome and the plasma stand and coffee table was in that colour scheme, he will replace this items with brown colours because the second couches were brown.that manager got promoted elsewhere and left us with empty promises.when the new and current manager came, we went to him and told him our problem
