Non return of calls and not answering calls

I ordered 5 hand basins plus associated taps on 26th January and was advised that they would be received on the 11 or 12 February. I left a message for the salesman (Shafiek) to call me on the 11 Feb but non was returned. When I called again on the 14 Feb and spoke to the Shafiek he told me that the goods were received but had been sold. I was furious as I was not advised thay were received. When I asked when they were received he said "2 weeks after the order was placed"??

I requested that he find out when they were received (date) and why I was not advised. He called back after half an hour and said they had not been ordered as no payment had been made. This was not asked for. He thus to me.

I called back and spoke to the branch manager (Faeem) whom I complained to about the telephone reception service where one waits (listening to promotions) then waits again for the department to answer (again listening to promotions). This all while on a cell phone and it can last...

The basins were to arrive today but no such luck. Both managers are not in and nobody in charge? Again listened to promotional pitch for about 5 mins before answered.
