On 11/01 ordered couches and hifi. Was advised may take long as there's short stock. Was called 2 weeks later, advised my couches is on its way. Got rid of my old couches. Here it started. No one pitch, when I enquire, was advised my order got cancelled. This after numerous messages at the DC and branch for them to call me. I went to store, spoke to Thomas (manager) who, with Tumi (manager) do not return calls. After the 2nd time they advised that will get my couches and no one showed, I went to store to cancel. Thomas asked for another chance, Advised I then refuse to pay delivery fee, and want my stuff the same day. It came 4 days later. No mention at this stage of my hifi. Branch advised of my debit order. I do not even have all my goods yet. Also, price includes delivery fee and scotshguard, this is not on my couch. D/O date is before I get paid. After another call not returned, I was advised that I can come and get my hifi, and I will be called for scotchguard. This has not happened. Today I am advised that although they were wrong and compensation was discussed with area manager, delivery fee cannot be waived. Why was I not told before delivery? would then have cancelled!!
