Day Light Rip Off!!!

We called Bryanston Plumbing to arrange for somebody to come out to our house and have a look at a blocked drain outside our laundry room.
Two guys arrived promptly the following day and had a look at the drain, went to their car, got a plunger and unblocked the drain quite simply. They were on my premises for not more than 5 MINUTES!!!
I received the Invoice from Bryanston plumbing and, wait for it, they charged me in total an amount of R628!!! This charge is for the first hour, so it apparently doesn't matter if they are here for 5 minutes or if they are here for 50 minutes!!! I should have got them to do a of a lot more when they were here and would have still been charged the same amount!!!
Absolutely furious!!!
