Bad Telephone Service of note

I have mentioned this before and say it now again - try telephoning Builders Warehouse Constantia and see how long you wait before - if at all - somebody takes your call. I tried to get through to their Tiling department. Someone eventually answered but the wrong department. Before I could get a name I was again listening to their adverts. I waited for Romeo (Dept Supervisor) to no avail. Eventually I tried Mr. Hamid (General Manager) and guess what - I listened to their adverst again. After 45 minutes of this I have left a message for my call to be returned. Bad telephone service - no response is a better term as service is non existant seems to perpetuate through this branch.
