SOLID DOORS SLOGAN "EVERY INDUSTRY HAS A LEADER

I bought a SOLID DOOR, stable door from Builders Hardware and had it delivered to our home since
we don't have a vehicle to transport doors. On starting installation of the door I put a square on it and
discovered it was out of square. I phoned SOLID DOORS and spoke to Ken White and asked him
if they could please deliver a replacement door that was square... he said the the doors were made
on a jig and therefore should be square however it is impossible to hang a stable door that is
not square so I needed to replace the door.

I have not heard from Ken White since this and he is no longer taking my calls and all
I can say is that SOLID DOORS IS THE INDUSTRY LEADER IN IGNORING CUSTOMERS.
Thank goodness for Builders Hardware who have refunded our money with the comment
" SOLID DOORS IS A USELESS SUPPLIER".
