Very bad quality doors

My building project came to a standstill yesterday when my builders discovered that the - R8000 "Pivot door in frame" was not built properly by Swartland.

When we made the one side vertical the other side is not vertical. It is impossible to get both sides of the door frame vertical.

Swartland insisted on sending a rep to see the problem before the sent a new door. The rep finally arrived and agreed the door was built badly and not suitable. A second door was delivered which had been significantly damaged and repaired badly. This door was also sent back. Then later in the evening a 3rd door was delivered which had a chip in the frame about 1 cm deep and 5 cm long a scratch down the door front about 20 cm long and worst of all, it was less square than the first door.

Swartland have a big quality control issue and are not very sympathetic to the money I have lost due to my builders not being able to work.
