Im totaly never buying anthing again from builders

Yesterday whe went to kempton park branch I'm so dissatisfied with the product i bought there. To my knowledge the door that i bought there whas supposed to be a solid door and to my suprisse the person that help me also said that it is a solid door and to my suprisse when we cut the door it's not solid door it's a press wood door now they are refusing to refund my money I'm highly upset with this place I'm w willing to take it up with customer protection act because this is false
