New Swimming pool pump

This just frustrates me. Bought a new swimming pool pump 1.1Kw. Cost R2300. Costs me a further R800 to have it installed to replace the old one. It is not even three weeks and this pump, that automatically swtiches on for only 4hrs a day, is leaking from the metal casing. I checked, ... it is not pipes. I see the water coming out of the casing. I'll be returning this pump for replacement! What bothers me is the R800 installation fee. Who is going to pay for this again?
