Build Kwik bad service

I bought 2 outside doors, a stable door & 8-panel door for my house in September 2012.The labels for the doors at the shop clearly statetd that the doors were made from marante wood. Before I hang the doors I did the necessary to protect the wood from water damage and the rain. It was hardly three months after this that the stable door began to swell and come apart. I then inspected the door and saw that this was not made from solid marante wood but was made from chip board and the marante wood was only used as a finishing. I then inspected the 8-panel door and realised that it too was not made from solid marante wood. I did not keep the receipt of the doors as once you start to work on a door there is no guarantee. I then went to the store to lodge my complaint. The man that I spoke to took my details and said that he would get in touch with me as soon as he took up the matter with his managers as they were not around at that point in time. I waited long and decided to call them and spoke to different managers at different times and they just took me round in circles & asked for some proof of purchase. I drew a bankstatement and took it to them and stil didnt get help. It has been 6mths
