Oxy Doors
Ad workmanship

Oxy doors installed 2 doors at my premises in sasolburg in December 2012. After installing it very poorly, they re-alligned the doors. I was given a Guarentee on these doors by them. I hardly ever use these doors but after about 4 months I reported that the one door does not closing properly. Jacques informed me that it is my own responsibility for I was suppose to service the doors after three months. He promised to service and repair it the next day. After calling him continuously he started ignoring my calls. Eventually I had to get a different company to look at the door. They assured me it was installed poorly thus the door does not close properly.
I would not reccommend using oxy doors for they are do not honor their guarentees and the workmanship is bad.
