Absolutely disgusting service and workmanship

Never use these guys and if they are on your insurance board ask immediately for another plumbing company to come repair your geyser or another related plumbing fault. A few months ago we had to pay excess for a pressure valve they came to install +/- 3 months then the fault started again, the gent came out from Imbazo trading said now the geyser had packed up... once again we had to pay excess a few days later the problem started again, overflow running constantly and pipes making a noise when the warm water taps are opened. Once again they came out just to say now basically it is our problem, we were promised the manufacturer will come out and have a look today which is Kwikot they were not there today, the lady from Imbazu promised to send me details regarding the faulty part yesterday with a reference number and contact details she still hasn't done it...

Don't know why it should be our problem as they are the ones that fitted it, shouldn't they replace and sort out the faulty part with the manufacturer...
