Burst Geyser passing the responsibility

I recently purchased a townhouse in Tanager complex in Glen Marais. There were problems with geyser prior to me taking ownership. Upon my taking ownership there was not hot water, their approved plumber was called out several times and charged the previous owner call out fees without the problem being solved. Another plumber was arranged by my estate agent to sort out the problem which JOWEN couldn't sort out, following which there was hot water. After this repair i was charged excess on the claim with their insurance company on my monthly statement. Approximately a 2 months later the geyser burst and when the manufacturer came out they didn't want to honor the warranty because they say that someone had worked on the geyser and had done something wrong. Now JPM washes their hands of the problem and makes it my problem that i must sort it out, which is outrageous because they are managing agents who should manage these issues. There hasn't been hot water for a week now and they are just passing the blame and responsibility to me the owner. I think that this cost should be shared among all parties who are at fault not the owner.
