Overcharging and Bad Attitude

Had a problem with the hot water pressure in bathroom. We know AAA Plumbing has bad reputation, made sure we did not contact them. Instead contacted Randburg Plumbers. On Tue they sent someone (Washington) to our house and we were told they have to replace the pressure valve and some pipes - quoted R1995 excl VAT. We told them it was far too expensive. Suddenly they were able to drop the price by R400 incl VAT. They went ahead and replaced the valve (no pipes were replaced). When we got the Inv we were astonished to find that it was from AAA Plumbing. We were not happy with the job, told them to come back on Thu. Washington returned, informed us they will have to replace all the pipes from the geyser to the bathroom. We declined. He then had a bad attitude - almost aggresive. We asked them to leave and were informed by the "office" (Randburg Plumbing) WITH attitude that he will not leave without payment. We refused to pay the full amount and Washington removed the new valve and left (without even replacing the old valve). DO NO EVER CONTACT EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!
