Be Aware of this Service Provide

This Service Provider in the Plumbing Industry of S.A. operates under different company names also "Vizcon Solar". What happened? My old geyser in the house burst and was supplied with a new Low Pressure Solar Geyser. Gradcon Service quoted to assist with the installation. After the installation on the 05th November 2013 a Plumbing Certificate of Compliance is issued with his name and registration number. The Solar electronic control panel could not be fitted and/or connected, as he claims is not be an electrician and could not set the controller. A few days later, the plumbing of the Solar system started to leak water and insisted to pay a call-out charge to repair the water leak. (All costs quoted have been paid in full). After inspection found the tank is also leaking water. Reason:- The plumber had fitted a pressure relief valve on the vent pipe of the Low Pressure Solar Geyser tank which caused the tank to burst. Mr. de Conning agreed his workmanship is guaranteed and will replace the geyser by Friday 06th December 2013. All efforts to contact him is ignored. I had to cancel my leave and send my wife to visit the family and sit at home. I am still waiting...
