Thank you Ferreiras for an excellent customer experience. We have been undergoing renovations and bought all our tiles (inside and outside) and bathroom accessories at Ferreiras. From the outset the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided good advice and went out of their way to ensure that we got what we were looking for. The range of goods and quality was not matched anywhere else. It made shopping a pleasant and quick experience. The staff ordered goods in, kept us updated throughout the process and delivered the goods on time. They knew we were on a deadline and made sure that we were able to meet it. I popped into the store a couple of times, each time a staff member asked if they could assist and even when I wasn't exactly sure what I needed they asked the right questions, were patient and made sure I left with what I needed. It is not often that one has such a good shopping experience, especially when doing renovations. Great Work Ferreiras!!!
