Where on earth can a house be tiled in 7 days?

I have recently completed a house renovation.

I gave Ferreira's tile and bathroom sales person my measurements and I was told that I needed to buy extra tiles in case of breakage. I now have 68 boxes of additional tiles that are left over! When I asked to return the tiles (understanding that I would have to pay a handling fee) I was told that Ferreira's has a 7 day return policy.
I would love to know where on earth can a house be tiled in 7 days?!!!

I appeal to any home owner wanting to renovate their home to avoid Ferreira's; because this kind of treatment of a customer is absolutely unacceptable.
